Often we start with a check-in, to talk about any persisting challenges in your life. We follow this with a warm up activity to enter the space of the arts - this could be a short meditation, or a movement based exercise like walking in your space to become present to the moment. 

We follow this with an activity that could be anything from imagining and drawing some of your feelings, to moving in relation to your emotions or just sitting in silence and reflecting based on a prompt, depending on what we're working on in a session, and always what you are comfortable doing. 

This is a general structure which can be customised in many different ways according to each person's unique needs, responses and comfort. This is something we co-create in each session, trying out various creative art modalities to explore ideas, emotions and metaphors.
