I'm a certified Expressive Arts Therapy practitioner with 4 years of professional experience meeting with individual clients and running workshops for small groups. I'm certified by the Studio for Movement Arts and Therapies (SMArT), from where I completed the Foundation Course in Expressive and Creative Arts Therapies (FECAT) in the year 2022. I'm also enrolled in the advance level program at the institute called the Expressive Body (EXB) which I hope to complete in July 2025. I also participated in the South Asian Diploma in Narrative Practices (2023) from the organisation Narrative Practices India, a course that prepares mental health practitioners and researchers explore the relationships between people, communities, the contexts they live and work in, and the various stories that are at play in their lives. Apart from being an Expressive Arts Therapy practitioner, I also work as a video editor, mostly with film trailers, brand films for social media, and some short format fiction. When I'm not working, I like to travel in the mountains and spend time with my many non-human companions.
